We really understand the importance of the antient proverb “A picture says a thousand words”. We use digital SLR cameras to photograph all of our properties. We believe that this should be an essential part of the marketing package we offer. Not only have we invested thousands of pounds in the latest camera equipment and editing software, we also don’t charge our clients any extra for the service.

Our super-wide-angle lens cameras will capture all of your home and in the best possible way without stretching or distorting the photos. We then edit each high-resolution photo individually perfecting the image by tweaking the exposure, contrast and clarity. The end result are excellent photos that will heighten the marketing of your home and ensure you get the best possible price whether you are selling or letting your property.

Video Walkthroughs

We offer a Full-length High Definition video tour of our properties, we make sure that everything that you want included in the video is included and anything that you would rather leave out, is left out. It’s been proven that buyers are much more likely to click on your property when they see you have a video tour available for them to watch. This means more potential buyers will be viewing your property, maximising your opportunity for the ideal sale or rental. The video can be seen almost anywhere on the internet, watch it on mobile phones, an iPad or desktop.

High Definition 360 Virtual Tours & 3D Interactive ‘Dolls House’ Floorplan

We have invested in cutting edge technology so that we can offer our clients full high definition 360 virtual tours of their homes. If the video walkthrough wasn’t quite enough the 360 tour will allow potential buyers or tenants to move around the property virtually at their leisure. Our agents will have the capability to be able to send the tour to potential buyers or tenants with a ‘facetime’ style guided tour in real time. You don’t need to wear a VR headset; however, the tours are compatible for those who really want the full ‘virtual reality’ property experience! The 3D Doll’s House Floorplan offers a full immersion experience of the property enabling viewers to jump easily from room to room.

Floorplans & Energy Performance Certificates

We will be able to arrange for a professional floorplan to be created for your home. A Rightmove study asked buyers what encourages them to enquire about a property and discovered floor plans were the second most important factor behind the number of images. 37% of buyers said they wouldn’t enquire about a property without a floor plan.

In addition, we will happily be able to arrange an expert to come to your home to create an EPC (energy performance certificate) for you. It is a legal requirement to have a valid EPC when your come to market your home for sale or let.
