Llandaff North – Area Guide

Llandaff North is a small and quiet residential area to the north of the City centre, popular with commuters, families, and retirees alike.

Served by a number of village shops, including a recently opened Lidl supermarket, cafes, a pharmacy and an artisan bakery, the area is a popular suburb of Cardiff. Llandaff North also has access to a superb recreational facility – Hailey Park, which feeds on to the Taff trail. Just a few miles outside of the City centre with great transport links, the area really does have a lot to offer.

Llandaff North has plenty of character and is mainly built up with attractive rows of traditional terraced homes and semi-detached bay fronted properties. Although Bungalows are hard to find in the area, there are some good-sized apartments which could serve well for those who need one level accommodation. Boasting more affordable property prices than its neighbouring areas, properties in the village sell really well.
