Once you have negotiated on the property that you want to buy you will need a solicitor on hand, and we can help.
The property needs to be legally transferred from it’s current owners to you. This process is known as conveyancing and involves such things as checking through the contracts and the home information pack, checking the legal status of the property and looking through the searches to ensure that you are buying exactly what you think you are. Once this is done and your mortgage offer is issued, dates for exchanging contracts and moving in are arranged.
